Junk food is in our lives and it's not going anywhere. So long as big companies can make a pretty penny off selling chips, candy, crackers, pop etc…. it's going to be here. Plus, it's delicious…. and sometimes just unavoidable!
So let's learn to appreciate food in a completely different way. To go out for dinner and enjoy a beer and a hamburger without feeling guilty or letting your nutrition spiral out of control.
My role is to manage your nutritional life, and strategize how to accomplish your health, fitness & nutrition goals around everything that happens in your unique day, week and life.
The fact is, most people go on diets that provide them a moderate level of success, but rarely does it improve their relationship with food.
My goal is different. I want to completely rewire how you look at food. Literally everything you eat becomes you. Let's figure out how to allow you to be made up of the best stuff possible.
When I graduated in June, I did not set out to be a nutritional wizard, nor do I have much background in building an online business. However, I do have expert level knowledge in nutrition, plus a thirst for continued learning. Over the past few months I have quickly recognized a HUGE gap in the understanding of nutrition - from high level athletes to weekend warriors…. the general approach to food by most people is not cohesive to the goals of these individuals.
My online nutrition coaching serves to bridge that gap. It's a tool, that, if used correctly, will not only lead to incredible results, but also educated and empower people to make smart choices for life.
