Friday is my favourite day!
Each Friday, the members of my Nutrition program check-in with me. This includes their progress pictures, their current weight and answers to questions like:
- how are you feeling?
- what was the best thing about your week?
- what has been the hardest thing about your week?
- any questions or concerns?
- anything special in the week ahead like a competition, race or event.
to give me feedback on their current program and guide updates for the upcoming week. It's kind of like Christmas when I open up my inbox to see the emails from my group.
This week, a new set of individuals have started their journey. I am excited to see their Week 1 results.
