Uh Oh! The most strict I've asked you to be with your macros yet... and on a weekend too!
Decide what your goal is, and decide your commitment level to it. Weekends happen every 5 days... If you want to see change in 21 days.... almost 30% of the challenge takes place on a weekend. We have to learn how to navigate these days successfully. I'm raising the bar, because I want you to put a little more work into these 2 days.
Remember, success looks different to everyone, at each moment. Success to you this weekend might mean 1 slice of pizza instead of 2, it might mean weighing out your wine - still going over - but at least knowing how it fits in your day and doing better next time. It might mean declining dinner out because you are are 100% all-in for these 21 days. You are doing this challenge for you , so make the choices that you want that will result in the outcome you desire. Acknowledge your mistakes but do not allow them the power to derail an entire day or week! The goal the week is awareness!

P.S. your rest day from the gym might fall on a weekend, some of you may have set a workout day macro for yourself, and a rest day macro for yourself. Be sure to update these targets based on the energy demand for the day, and adjust your food consumption accordingly.
