Let's settle this once and for all.
Eating fat does not make you fat, nor does it make you sick.

Check out this study in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition which concluded just that point: "
no significant evidence for concluding that dietary saturated fat is associated with an increased risk of cardiovascular disease."

No, it's the overabundance of sugar and calories that does the damage.

You need a 'healthy' amount of fat in your diet everyday for  normal physiological processes.

The question is what is 'healthy' for you?

This is where your macronutrient calculation comes in.
How much fat should you be getting in a day?

Once you have that calculated, what sources are you going to use to get that?

Check out the picture of what 15g of fat looks like from a variety of sources.
Eating the proper amount - not too little, and definitely not too much -  is CRUCIAL and CRITICAL to your success following this program!

What fats are you using to hit your targets? Are you absolutely sure how many grams are in everything you eat?

Once you can answer these questions with confidence, you are on the right track towards your goals!
