CHECK IN STANDARDS
Bodyweight & measurements in progress tracker
Weigh yourself at the same time each week (i.e. morning). Do not concern yourself with daily fluctuations in weight, these are normal. We are looking for an overall trend week to week.. In addition, take your measurements and update them in your progress tracker: These can include but are not limited to
Body composition (check in pictures) are an important part of your weekly check-in, they represent how your body is changing and provide information to support the other components of the check in. Pictures should be taken of your:
Wear the same clothes & take photos in same room/same lightning for comparison purposes. Shorts for men, bra top and shorts for ladies.
Have someone else take these for you so they are not ‘selfie’ style
Each week, send your coach an email or use the website check in to answer these questions:
How are you feeling? (energy levels, hunger....)
What was the easiest thing for you this week?
(prepping food, tracking, eating well, hitting protein etc…)
What was the hardest thing for you this week?
(Exceeding fat, remembering to track food, drinking too much alcohol etc.)
Gym, sport & everyday life successes. (Any PRs? Learn something new? Breakthrough an obstacle?)
