"It's reassuring to know I can have a few extra glasses of wine and dessert and not throw a monkey wrench into my progress, lol. I'm still deciding what I would like to do going forward, 12 weeks just went by so fast. Maybe of interest to you, attached you'll find my weight charted thanks to MyFitnessPal. I've circled on the bottom of the graph where I started with your program (approx. date) and drew a line from that point up to my last check-in. There have been some obvious fluctuations along the way but as you can see, a steady increase. As we discussed throughout these past weeks about my goals and intentions, I would like to continue this same progression while maintaining a lean, strong, athletic looking physique. I totally understand this is going to be a very long process, as was my unhealthy behaviours that took some time to pack on the fat before I needed to make a change for the better. Combined with Crossfit and a better understanding on how to fuel the body without compromising too much, as long as it fits, are lifestyle choices that can be sustained over the rest of my life. Dr. Alli's note: Alex came to us after having achieved significant weight loss on his own, to the point of being detrimental to his performance. He was interested in learning how to eat to support his performance, to gain a few lbs back while maintaining a lower body fat %.
